Marketing Manager – 12-Month Maternity Leave Contract

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Manager to join one of Sydney’s premier hospitality companies, The Fresh Collective, on a 12-month maternity leave contract. ABOUT THE ROLE

 Support the Senior Marketing Manager with:

  • Assisting in basic SEO management and digital performance tracking
  • Supporting bespoke promotions and activations with venue partners
  • Managing external partnerships and agency relationships

 ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality or events
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with website CMS, email marketing tools, and social media platforms
  • Enthusiastic about food, dining, and delivering premium guest experiences
